Serhat Uysal, who is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2005, worked at Turkey’s leading law firmsbefore moving to Netherlands to work in the Compliance, Operational Risk and Legal departments of an international bank as a director in Netherlands until 2013. Thereafter, Serhat Uysal started to work at Uysal & Tolan Law Firm in order to convey his abroad experiences in the fields of banking, finance and foreign investment.
